My first recipe that is very quick and easy. I choose King Salmon because it was on sale at my grocery jstore. You can choose different types of fish such as cod or halibut is really good also. Ingredient:
Fish: 0.5 lbs
Salt, Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Rinse the fish with cold water and pat them completely dry. If the fish is not dried, it will spatler when you pan fry.
- Season the fish with salt and peppers. I used sea salt for this. Advoid table salt cuz it’s salty and don’t have a lot of flavor.
- In a sautés pan, put in olive oil, put the fish skin side down first to get that crispy skin. Cook this side for 4 minutes.
- Turn the fish the other side and cook for another 4 minutes.
- Remove the fish from the pan and the it rest for 5 minutes before eating .
- Serve with warm rice.
